The whole day is open to any kind of business. Only the afternoon build is limited, and only because ten is as many people as one person can actually help at once.
Morning — the education
What the tools are, what they are genuinely good at, and what a business “second brain” is. Plus a long Q&A built from questions you send in advance.
Lunch — the introductions
You tell us who you want to meet when you register. You get seated with them, at a table, at a set time.
Afternoon — the build
Ten businesses sit down and get a second brain built around their own work. Everyone else is welcome to stay and watch it happen.

The morning teaches. It doesn’t build.
You will not leave the morning with a working system. Three hours is not enough and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. What you will leave with is a clear picture of what these tools do, which are worth your time, what a second brain is, and what it would take to have one.

Lunch you’re actually placed in
Tell us who is useful to you — contractors in your trade, trades you work alongside, accountants, people building with AI, someone further along who’d mentor you. You get seated with them, rather than hoping you run into the right person.
The afternoon
Ten businesses leave with it built.
After lunch, ten people sit down and we build their second brain together — with their own quotes, prices, standards and past jobs inside it, plus their first working assistant. Not a demo of someone else’s business. Theirs, running before they go home.
Ten is a deliberate cap. It is roughly the number of people one person can genuinely help in an afternoon, and the seats come with a setup call the week before so nobody spends Saturday installing software.
If you are here for the morning, you are welcome to stay and watch the whole thing. It is the clearest possible look at what the work actually involves, and there is no charge beyond the observer ticket.

Build seats also need your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription — about $20 a month, in your name, and it keeps working long after Saturday. You only need one of the two. Afterwards, most people want a few follow-up sessions to get their data in properly: those run $500 each and are entirely optional — recommended, never required, and cancellable any time.

Before you come
Questions people ask first.
- How long does it run? Doors at 9:00. The morning runs to lunch. If you are staying for the afternoon, plan on being done by 4:00 — and Brian sticks around until 5:00 for anyone who wants to keep working or keep talking.
- Where exactly is it? Thrall Hall in Broad Brook. The street address and parking come by email a few days before, so they are easy to find on your phone that morning.
- What do I need to bring? A laptop if you have one, and one task you would hand off tomorrow if you could. Build seats get setup instructions and a call beforehand.
- Can I get a refund? Morning and observer tickets, yes — up to a week before. Build seats are refundable until your onboarding pack goes out, because that is when the work on your system starts. If you can’t get your setup finished in time, your seat becomes full credit toward the next one — you lose nothing but the wait.
- Is this a sales pitch? No. Nothing gets sold from the front of the room. If you want to work together afterwards you know where to find us — you can always book a call.
